If you have stock springs then dial up your compression pretty high, 
probably 3-4 clicks from full hard... rebound depends on you.  The 
stock springs are set up for lighter italian dudes, around 160 lbs.

if you have those stupid knobs on the forks, take them off.  they 
look "bling" but i've had ppl eff with them when my bike was 
parked.  they invite mischief.  If you really need a rebound knob, 
then carry one in your pocket or put it in the tool kit.
