You may be joking Martin, but here are the facts.  I bought the bike  at the 
end of 2001; it was a leftover from the prior year.  I've also been  laid up 
for about a year and a half while I've owned it, having had three lower  back 
surgeries.  Note that I also have a GPz550 and try to ride  through a tank of 
gas every month or so to keep that bike running  properly.  So I'm definitely 
not an Iron Butt rider, but ride more than  most folks I know--certainly more 
than most 58 year old women.
