One way I have heard of is to put a zerk fitting in a sparkplug and  gradually apply pressure.  Grease is thicker than oil and can push  pretty hard. A bit of prayer, luck, common sense, and time  goes a  long way with this method. It has taken a long time to seize up....give  it some time to free up. It has more force of habit than us old guys
