[Ducati] 748 / superbike bar risers

I'm thinking about adding some bar risers to my 748.  My back, shoulders,
wrists, and neck all get a bit sore when I try to ride longer distances, so
I'm wanting to sit a bit more upright.  When I bought it, it came with
Ferracci bar risers.  Reading their website, these raise the bar angle 8
degrees from stock.  I'm looking at the Cycle Cat DBR1 or the Helibars.  The
DBR1 moves the bars up up to 1.25" and can adjust the bar angle up to 8
degrees (from the same angle as stock, I assume) while the Helibars go up
2.5" and 2" back (this is all from the various websites).  The Cycle Cat's
look nicer since they're more adjustable, but they don't go up as high.
Does anyone here have any experience with any of these options?  Any
comparisons would be especially helpful.
