This is to Gary regarding his visit to Edmonton & the Motorcycle show...
I noticed that you will be at the show in Edmonton this weekend. Bring your
warm clothes because it is insanely cold. While you are here you might as
well check out some great places to eat.
Gabbana restaurant 112 st & Jasper Ave. Thai/Asian fusion...Great small
independent restaurant. When I go there I have the green onion cakes as an
appetizer and the Thai seafood bowl for an entrée...great mix of flavours
with Red Thai curry.
Tony's Pizza 111 Ave & 96 st Just great pie.
Italian Food...Il Portico restaurant (reservations needed)
Anyhow, you might be too busy at the show to dine out but if you get a break
those are some good spots.
Plus, Tony's is really close to the show.
Enjoy
George

Gary,
I remember last year. Paul was a great guy to hang out with for sure. We
talked at great length and he regaled my son and I with stories of success
and failure since his riding days to being treated like a Rock Star with the
Paul Smart replica. A very humble man and a pleasure to converse with for
sure.
We'll miss your presence this year. Ride safe.

Walt:
Wont be in DC. I'm doing the Canadian Moto Show in Edmonton this weekend.
May be in NYC next weekend, however there is a lingering question mark on
that trip.
Enjoy the show. Last year's DC show was great. I drafted Paul Smart to be
one of my Monster Challenge judges, then he & I took of for a half day and
slummed about in various DC museums. Good day on the planet.
