[Ducati] New Years Ride!

Fellow Listers,

I hope everybody got out for at least a few miles yesterday!  

It's a kind of tradition that I ride on New Years Day, regardless of the weather, as a matter of ceremony.  It's kinda my way of welcoming in the New Year and setting the tone for the year to come.  However, it's rare that I'm actually comfortable during my Jan. 1 jaunt!  Weather in eastern Tennessee was in the lower 40s (Fahrenheit) with overcast skies, but no rain and very little chance of the wet stuff.  I rode over the Suck (Suck Creek Mountain Road) and puttered around for a while, then headed to Taco Mac and hoisted a Woodpecker Amber to commemorate the day.

All in all, I'll consider the day a win....regardless of the fact that my team didn't make a bowl game.  (It's hard to go to a bowl game with only two wins....basketball season, however, is another matter!  GO HEELS!!!!!!)
