Barry..I am not familiar with their tool but rather a factory type 
one....but just looked at the tool via the link you provided.  Seems 
to be just a basic slide hammer and uses the end adapter to thread 
into the rocker pin itself.  Assuming they have provided the 
slidehammer as shown and not just the adapter piece....you would just 
thread the assembly together as shown on the site...then ( assuming 
you have the head end cover off and pin holes exposed) thread the 
small end of the puller assy into the pin.....let it lightly bottom 
itself out....then slide the hammers weight back against the stop in 
the direction of pulling....and the pin should begin to slide out...  
it may take a few strokes of the sliding weight to get it all the way 
out and you may ( should) reach a point where you wan just pull it the 
rest of the way without the sliding action.

The tool though a bit crude will work...you'll just want to make sure 
you keep outward pressure on it and keep a linear pull....this meaning 
it's real easy to let the weight of the slidehammer bend the small 
threaded stud that goes into the pin..
