Peter, this is becoming a vendetta, your request to list members to dial
dealers all over the US with a broken imaginary bike is absurd. Please take this
off line and contact Ducati Austin directly. Personal agenda's are against
list policy. (feel free to review - initial description of dealer issue is
fine. Resolution of issue is fine to post, all the bs in between, not fine.
Correct me if I am wrong but this is not allowed on your list so forgive me if I
sound annoyed but if you would not allow this on your list, please give me
the same consideration
I have mailed Ducati Austin directly and asked them to reply to Peter's
issues directly.
Thanks in advance,
Vicki Smith

Call your local dealer, tell them you have an 05 (May) Strada that has a
problem with a leaking fork seal for a DS1000SDS model multistrada with the
1k motoer and the Ohlin suspension. Tell them one of the fork seals is
leaking. Tell them that you want to replace the leaking seal under warranty.
Please report whether your dealer is willing to replace the seal under
warranty or not. It they are a "are not" kind of dealer., then you will know
what Ducati Austin is like. If they report yes, then you know what a dealer
like KCI is like.
Ciao,
Pietro
