[Ducati] hopeless and lost in costa rica

help .. someone .. anyone

we have two monsters and one multistrata

and we are lost without proper service
the multistrata is giving us so so many
problems .. gas tank lead .. relay switch
some nut on the back wheel .. not proper
description as I am the girl writing about
bike problems ..
this nut on the back wheel was making the
back go thump .. the service rep told us he
could find nothing wrong but to be CAREFUL
when we were riding .. ok .. I will look down
at the back wheel and tell it .. be careful .
it is so frustrating to be lost here with no service
poor customer representation .. it is horrible .
being we are from Canada where the customer
was taken care of always .. especially after
purchasing three bikes .. hmmm
what is going on here in Costa Rica ..
