[Ducati] (NDC) motogp.com problem and question

First the problem. I finally decided to subscribe, but have not received the activiation email motogp.com says they will send. I did this twice with 2 email addresses, and have received no activation emails. When I try to repeat the registration, they say I can't use that address, or password (like it's already in their system), but when I try to log in, they say they don't have a record of the name or address.
What's up with this. You'd think they want my money, and so make it fast and easy to register.
Anyone know what I might do? Is there a support site or email address for motogp.com (I haven't seen one)?
Now the question. Has anyone seen the new high resolution feeds? Are they much better? Worth the money? And how can I get around the 1 replay rule? With my bad memory and attention, I need to watch something more than once to get it.
