If you take a look at Honda NR750, you might be amazed how similar it is
to 916. The horizontal placed headlamps, dual under-seat muffler,
single-sided swingarm, etc. Yet NR750 was produced in 1992, one year
before Ducati unveiled their descendant of 888.
But it doesn't matter. I still love my 916. And I think 1098 looks great.
