Most manufacturers (riceburners and ducati) state the hp at the clutch/crank, before transmission, final drive and rear tire, which all add losses, together about 12-14%, so that's your conversion from 140 at the rear wheel (rwhp) to 160 hp in the marketing materials (clutch).

Not a major issue for me, as I simply love the design and being a 2-
stroke engine, I see a great long term future with bike but didn't
Ducati announce it at 160hp? I am not mechanical engineer or hardcore
mechanic but from reading the charts it reached 145hp, or am I
confused in the formula?
