well this does suck! IMO, this is what the proper use of the legal system 
is, rather than the "I spilled your coffee on myself and it burned me so 
give me millions of dollars" type of crap.

I hope it works out for him in the end. Having met Terry for the brief 
period of time over that weekend, he seems to be an extremely nice and 
upbeat guy, and this is just not something that should be happening...
