[Ducati] 748SPS Fuel Pump Question

I have had a problem arise twice with my sbk's, once with the 916 and
once with the 748. The hose that connects the pump to the fuel outlet
pops off, now the pump is continually on and is merely pumping gas
into the fuel tank, if you peek down the tank with a flash light you
will see it's off.
