[Ducati] Overview of MY04 749S???

I am buying a 2004 Ducati 749S which is still "new in the box".
Apparently, the dealer who originally had it did not want to apply the
several service bulletins which came out and simply put it in the back
of the shop to gather dust. A new dealer received it several months ago
as a transfer and I am now getting it from him.

I know this model year had an issue with stalling and also a bit of
problem with the radial clutch and brake calipers/reservoirs perhaps
developing air leaks. Anything else I need to be aware of such as
leaking forks, alternator problems, ECU failures, side stand interlock
switch issues, side stand bending/failures, etc.?

So far I am having the dealer install a Termi half system and a 40-tooth
rear sprocket. I am then installing the DP Ergal gas cap and DP carbon
fiber rear hugger. The factory service manual and the DP rear pit stand
are also on order. Any other options which have shown to be a better
way to go?

I own a Multistrada and am very familiar with them and their design.
But, the 749-series is a totally new animal for me and I would like to
identify and potential problem areas before they happen.

Thanks!
