In the UK, in addition to the front facing and rear facing fixed cameras we
have SPECS cameras on a gantry over the highway which have number plate
recognition and compute speed over distance.  Motorcyclists love 'em
because they are front facing!

..........we are all already track able by a chip in our cell phones and in
Florida
on the turnpike I am told a ticket can be issued based on the times you
pass
between two points (presumably your entry and exit points of the
turnpike).................
