I didn't think Mike was discounting you or your story. I took it that it 
didn't comport with what he had for information. And so, he went to a 
resource to find more info. He specifically stated/asked if the strike could 
have been a local event that might not have been available as a history for 
him to find. Memory is an interesting thing. I have memories of my childhood 
that if I could go back in time I'm sure would look a lot different. (All 
you have to do to verify this is to ask several siblings to give their 
family history. I've seen siblings go at each other over who did or did not 
get swimming lessons for example.) Not to say that the basic facts of your 
story are incorrect but just to better define and understand the story if 
possible. Your "truth" is yours and long held I'm sure. We all have those in 
our histories. If you are angry at him for his questions, I'd say your anger 
is misplaced and a waste of energy, but that's up to you to figure out.
