FWIW, I've always thought of this list as a "community" of people who share 
a common interest in Ducati's. It doesn't bother me when people post about 
other brand motorcycles, their kids & home life, or 
religion/social/political issues. I usually learn something or at least am 
forced to verify the basis of my own ideas and positions. And, that's a good 
thing. If a thread gets too hostile or I'm not interested in the subject 
there's always the Delete key. I prefer being part of a community to being 
part of a single track tech forum. It's been my pleasure to know people like 
Kath, Vito, Kevin, Charlie McCullough, Laverdamoe, et. al. as people in a 
total sense. I'd hate to lose that.

I second Ray's comments, below.....I know there are lots of strong feelings 
surrounding this issue, but this isn't the venue for them.
