[Ducati] Strike at Harley (NDC)

There have been no lost jobs.  The same number of airplanes still fly the jobs just move to other airlines when poorly managed ones shut down.  If the government will stay out of it and let the poorly managed airlines fail the better managed ones will take up the slack and the unions will deal with them.  Later, moonbeam
