Ron,
In my opinion it would be best to replace the belts at your next valve
adjustment. That should be around 12k. Hard use or not, it's insurance
against catastrophic engine failure. Those belts are the only thing keeping
the valves from contacting the pistons. The cams must be removed to perform
the valve adj, which means so do the belts. At which time it would be
simple to just install new ones.
