[Ducati] Removing Sprocket Carrier

Looking to powdercoat the Marchesini forged aluminum wheels from my 2005
749R. The sprocket carrier is bolted to the wheel, and it looks like it
needs to come off so the rubber cush drives don't melt in the oven. Anyone
taken this piece off before? Looks straightforward, but I thought I'd see
if anyone on the list had ventured down this road before.
