[Ducati] Removing Crankshaft

Hey Guys
I have the motor stipped down and removed from the bike. Heads and pistons
are removed, timing gears, flywheel, shifter, clutch, and cover. I have to
remove the oil pump next and then according to the shop manual which I have
found in my computer, I should be ready to open the case.
I have a pretty good assortment of tools that I have compiled from racing
over the last 2 years. I have a torque wrench,I have the cylinder head
wrench which shouldn't be a problem hooking up to the torque wrench. I have
the silicones that I have used from last year for the alternator and clutch
covers.
So tomorrow the next step is to open the case. All the info you all have
given me and how to go about installing bearings and so on makes sense. But
for now the main step is to remove the crank and send it to Guy for
inspection. Rich, Peter and everyone else that has been helpful in this
process, is there a puller tool I need as far as removal of the crank.
As far as the dial indicators and so on for putting everything back together
I'll look for those once I have sent my heads and crank away. I don't have
deep pockets, but my credit card works ( yikes )
