[Ducati] track-days

Hi guys,
The list has been kind of quiet lately, so I thought I'd ask a question. It's a ways off, but I'm considering buying a one-piece suit for track-days and street use. Budget is a concern, I'd be using my tax return to buy it. Any recommendations?
 
I'd be lucky to go once,or twice a year so it wouldn't have to be top-shelf gear.Probably $500.00 to $700.00 range. Also, do most places require a one-piece, or are separates O.K. ?  I'd probably be going to Road America, Brainerd, or that Iowa track.
