Neither Linda or I got much riding in this year. After she broke her leg on October 3rd it was all over for this season. :-(

We've had snow here for a month now. So, it was time to switch to four wheels and do things like watch the Rally of the Tall Pines
held in Bancroft Ontario about two hours from our home. http://www.tallpinesrally.com/TallPines/

There are also some great reviews and photo's at: http://www.flatovercrest.com/

With all that was going on I didn't have time to get the snows on our Subaru. So we headed off to Bancroft with the OEM Bridgestone
RE 070 's.
I was pleasantly surprised at the grip I was getting on the clear to slushy, wet and very cold main roads. However, the secondary
roads were hard packed base with deep power on top. Yee Haaa!!!

We got lots of dazed looks from other spectators when I drove our STi into the main parking field. I don't know whether it was
because it looked so clean or because everyone thought I was nuts driving into a field of rocker panel high snow with virtual
slicks. Hey, I didn't get stuck though. hehehe ;-) Unlike some FWD cars did, even with their fancy snow tires.

I'm good to go now that I've got the Toyo Snowprox's on the car!
