[Ducati] imaginary new SS

While we're looking at reusing 'outdated' bits to make this new SS, lets
use the ST3's 3v head on the motor and see if that 1000DS can do when
it's allowed to breathe.
I have neither the money or skill to pull this off, but damn if I
wouldn't mind giving it a try. : )
Any idea how much weight savings there would be from using a 1000DS vs
the 999 motor? (If any?)
