[Ducati] 2002 Monster S$

When speaking to him on the phone he stated he was the member of the
NYC bar and I have no legal recourse because it is a "no start
contract". I know he is trying to baffle me with bullshit and the
only bar he is a member of is in NYC and he has been frequenting it
to often. I have a signed bill of sale that clearly states he will
reimburse me for the cost of the Red key replacement as a condition
of purchase. The only issue I have is where to file and how long it
will take. I even have him on tape saying that he will send me a red
key that will do nothing but complete the signed agreement. The best
part of that is I never agreed to have him send me a red key in the
contract. I only gave him a limited time offer by email to find the
key since the replacement cost was so high and would cause odometer
issues on such a low miles bike. It is shysters like this guy that
keep the courts busy. I am curious if I can claim a loss of pain and
suffering due to the stress, threats and lies. I would bet the right
judge would allow it.
