I believe you are correct about the performance ECU and pipes being a
better option. The dealer even said that the could do that including
a cam kit for the same amount of money as Red Key Replacement. The
concerns I have is that I don't want to disable the imobilisor or
invest that much in the Monster S4 because the cost is $3200. I would
consider putting on high mount pipes and a performance ecu if it was
closer to $1000 so I can install a seperate alarm system. Does anyone
have the performance ecu and high mount pipes installed? I am curious
how that changes things. I have also been told the changing the rear
sprocket is a must.
