[Ducati] 2002 Monster S$

George,

I do agree that it is nice that Ducati makes it hard but there are  
better ways to accomplish that. It should be set up so Ducati  
Dealers  keep a record of ID's of those making the request to get  
another Red key made. When I contacted Ducati Corporate they said  
that they don't maintain records on the electronic keys so they would  
be unable to assist me other than refer me to the Dealerships. I have  
had several motorcycles over the years and even pit crewed on a  
Ducati Race team. I am frustraited that Ducati won't do more and  
would not have made the purchase had I known. It will definitely  
weigh in on my next motorcycle purchase.
