[Ducati] 2002 Monster S$

The bike was purchased from a Multi Millionaire in New York who
bought the bike new in 2003. I have all the proper paperwork, manuals
and brochures. He kept it at his 10 million dollar mansion in the
Hamptons. When I went to pick it up it was in one bay of his six car
climate controlled garage next to a collection of four vintage
Jaguars. I am sure the key is somewhere in the house but after over
of month he hasn't provided the key or the funds to replace it as he
assure me he would. He now claims that the dealer must not have given
him the Red Key and that many Ducati's are sold without them.
Unfortunately I am in Ohio with the bike which makes returning it
tricky. It cost me a bit of money and time to rent an enclosed
trailer to get it. He told me he would only refund the price of the
bike and none of my expenses. He claims that my expenses are the cost
I brought on myself and not part of the transaction.
