[Ducati] Aaaagh, you young guys

I was stuck with a '59 Chevy Impala(283 2-barrel) with
'3-on-the-tree-' and semi-bald tires all around. The good
thing was that would do better than 100mph(okay in Oregon
at that time - depending on conditions). The bad thing was
that at a bit over 100mph, those fins would lift the back-end
off of the freeway. If you had any cross-wind, it could get a
little "tense". I lived through it and ended up with 2 Lotus
Elans, a Porsche 911-T(Targa), and a BMW 2002-TII.
Then I left IT and went into aircraft-maintenance to work
on something with "Substance".
Now I drive a '94 Subaru wagon. I hope to start my '93
900SS this year before the snow flies. Perhaps even ride
it. I can still go out in the garage and look at it.

So it goes...

"Don't fear failure. After all, without aiming high
and occasionally hitting something else entirely,
we'd never have discovered just how tasty
Northern Spotted Owls can be. " -- Stephen Green

You bet. Nothing like pushing the button and waiting for it to kick in.
