I have experience with them...  about 5 years ago, I had a windshield 
surround plated for my 53 MG TD. Same as you, parts were late, many calls.. 
"a couple more days....", "a couple more days....", "a couple more 
days....", finally I told them I was coming down on thursday to get them 
finished or not... maybe it was monday, maybe it was weds... they said ok, 
they will be done. I called the morning I was coming down they asked how 
long is the ride? When I got there, they were cutting the parts off the 
wires...  you might want to play that card, tell them you are coming for the 
parts... follow up in the morning and re-itterate you are coming for the 
parts... if you are too far away, call them the next day and tell them to 
send the parts... they probably will have done them.
