	How about I send a copy of it to you, then you do with it as you
please?  I have no idea if I have the authorization to actually post it up
w/o permission.  I didn't quite expect the explosion of interest on this
thing.  I kinda assumed most of those of us with the applicable bikes
already had a copy of it.  Some of the names requesting it had actually
struck me as people who were way more likely to have it than I.  

	Any who, here's the file.  Hope it helps you as well as it has me.
