[Ducati] Fw: ebay feedback

Sounds like a clown that I dealt with a year ago.  I bought something from
him on Ebay, paid within minutes of winning, then waited for two weeks, only
to receive an email stating "sorry, don't have any more."  He refunded me
(finally), I left him neutral feedback for "selling something he didn't
have" & he left me negative for "What your problem?  I refund you money".
He did end up sending me something gratis, but I never pursued it any
further.  Still my only black mark.

Once I had a seller leave negative feedback on my account stating that it 
was a chore dealing with me...the thing is,he never sent me what I`ve paid 
for!

fleebay wouldnt budge...bad feedback stands as of today.
