[Ducati] Do 1098's have ECU problems?

1200 miles on my 1098S. It's stalled 4 times, twice when stopped at a
junction and twice when coming to a stop, changing down from third to second
at about 20'ish mph.
Bike started up immediately after each stall.
The full Termi system goes on this week which supposedly cures this issue.
