[Ducati] ST4S wiring harness

I'm in Victoria B.C. Canada, the only dealer on the island is in Nanaimo
about 75 miles away, they have the bike now, I've been waiting 3 + weeks for
parts watching the good weather disappear. I contacted Ducati North America
explained my case and they blew me off as I'm the second owner of this
machine....nice weasel clause in the warranty business. I was hoping they
might give me a break on the $2,500.00 parts seeing as this bike has only
3000 miles on it, wasn't asking for the full meal deal just some help and a
show of good faith.
I'm in business myself and I know how I deal with warranty issues so I'm
pretty disappointed in the way Ducati have handled it especially after what
I'd heard previous to buying the bike, "Ducati takes care of their
customers" I understand policy but there are exceptions that need to be
looked at given certain circumstances.
I love the machine when it's running and behaving properly but any more
problems of this magnitude and I have to say good-bye and go back to
Japanese bikes as these kind of repairs are way too expensive. Paul
