Welcome to Desmo ownership Steve.  You might consider joining the  local 
Ducati club, Mid Atlantic Ducati Ownders Club (MAD-ducati.com).   We're a pretty 
active club with varied types of riders, street, track, racing,  even an 
off-road and adventure contingent.
