I have used POR and Kreem (regretfully) and POR is definitely
superior to Kreem, but I now use the Bill Hirsch product. They sell
a kit just for motorcycles with a rust dissolvers, metal prep and
their tank sealant. I've used it on 3 tanks and all are going
strong. Absolutely impervious to all the non-gasoline crap like
ethanol and ketone that they might come in contact with. Thinnable
with MEK and you can do multiple coats (recommended). Cheap too.
Bill Hirsch has been in the auto resto biz for a long time, they know
their stuff
