POR-15 is an organic coating like a paint. It is the best of the 
genre, but that isn't saying much. Stay away from Kreem. It shouldn't 
hurt the paint if you get some on and wipe it off right away. Why do 
you feel you need a tank lining? Remove the rust and then keep it 
filled with fuel.
