  I have to agree with Bill. Also, I've always been aware that the bike should be set up correctly upon set-up.....after all, we're paying for the set-up !!!  I know at my dealership here where I work (Harley-Davidson) we go over the entire bike and check for correct adjustments and cosmetics. It is ready to roll worry free (well, for the most part anyway - there are always little things that pop up....) until it's first service at 1000 miles.  WE do it by the book and You get your set-up money's worth.  If a dealer is charging you a set-up fee on a new bike then they"better" be doing what's right.  Yeah, I know of dealers that don't do the above and it's cheating the customer, in other words, a Disservice !!!  Tom
