Not sure about the ST4, but I got everything I needed for my '01 996 from
Chris Kelley @ California Cycleworks. Highly recommended!

Subject: [Ducati] Replace 4V timing belt
My '01 ST4 (916 cc engine) is due new timing belts, and I want to do it.
I have instructions, and I watched it done on a ST2. What I would like
is suppliers for the various tools that are recommended, needed, or used
just for added convenience and precision. Is there one supplier for all
the tools and parts, shims, wrenches, pulleys locks, tension or
frequency measurements, etc?
