My problem is that Duc dealers have moved to book rates for service. Only what seems to really be the case is that when the book rate is high, they simply keep the difference, and when the book rate is low, they want you to pay actual time & materials.
I don't care which way they arrange it, but don't tell me it's flat rate when it suits you, and T&M when it doesn't.
