I think Arai and Shoei both offer testing programs.  You'll get answers on both sides.  My answer is that Snell helmets have such tough shells that I don't think a fall from that height would be enough to damage the polystyrene inside (either split it or compress it.)  That's the real question you're trying to answer--is the bit you can't see damaged.  You can inspect the shell yourself and see if it's cracked.

The Sport Rider review was eye-opening.  Their conclusion was that the Snell rating was trying to protect you from impacts that were too great in the real world, at the expense of the more moderate, survivable impacts you were likely to encounter.  Or something to that effect.
