No argument Steve..;-}>    I have lived in San bernardino for all of my 53 
years. I'm about 1 hour from SD and believe me the price of housing in my 
town is just crazy. Almost a 300% increase in the last 5 years. My son was 
living in Carlsbad and had a buisness in Oceanside and his cost of living 
wasnt much worse than mine. That was before the breakup with the girl friend 
and falling out with his buisness partner. He came home to regroup before 
heading back in that direction. I really do think that no matter where you 
live in California the cost of living is higher relative to other states. I 
still think it's worth it.
