[Ducati] belt rubbing on cover advise please

Replace the belt. I have seen on automotive applications where the belt does 
this same thing. It usually came down to the belt. Examination of the belt 
visually showed nothing. The only thing we came up with was that the belt 
was coming apart where the inner toothed layer was coming away from the 
corded center layer of the belt. We cut one appart and sure enough with a 
little effort we could pull the inner toothed layer from the center corded 
layer. Change the belt if everything else has been eliminated as the cause.
