p.s. Andy - Nobody should feel sorry for me if Ducati comes out with a 1198
("R" or otherwise) for 2008.  I don't know how much happier I could be with
another 100cc's...this is already the Smoothest/Best Handling bike I have
*ever* ridden...that includes a 999S.
My 996 is feeling very unloved these days...but I'll take her to the track
next Tuesday for some hard lovin'  :-)

Well having sat since early January with a deposit on a 1098S, unloaded my
'00 996S for a bargain basement price, purchased the full Terminongi
exhaust
system for the 1098, which is sitting in my spare bedroom, I will NOT be
getting an '07 1098 as Ducati has oversold their production capacity.

Bummed???....Hell Yes!
