Ok, Syl S. first correctly guessed the series, and Donnie got the year. It's an '83 KZ550, which is now the baby brother/sister of my '82 home built Yosh 1105  Lawson superbike. The monster Kaw is referred to by my buddies as the "Big Kaw", so would this be the "Little Kaw"? Someone suggested "Little Calf". Ehhhhhh, I don't know about that. Anyway, it was fun having all of you guess. I suppose that either one of you could ride it once it's going if you're in the area. Heck, for that matter, anyone on the list can have a go if you are in my area. Although, I have a feeling the bike might not find my primary home as it's resting place. I have a second home in PA, and since I'm not lacking for stuff to ride here at home, the KZ would be absolutely perfect to have out at the house for something to tool around the Pennsylvania countryside when I'm out at the house. It is, however, the only two-up streetbike I have, so it might be fun to keep around here. Oh, the possibilities! Thanks again to Harlyn for posting the pictures. So here it is, in all it's soon to be glory.
