Dear Shaun

Bobbie at " Standing the Test of Time " Suggest spray olive oil as it
clings & doesn't run if properly applied , Of course the tank needs to
be perfectly dry & cleaned
then sprayed lightly yet completely. Our Family put complete trust in
Bobbie in these matters.
Bobbie has let me know that Crisco is actually the best of the spray
Olive Oils.

The old timers talk about a mysterious "stand oil " just for this
purpose. I made a call to
Lavalle at the "House of Cranks" He suggested filling the crankcase with
Mobil1, as a viable replacement
to the long ago "stand oil".

Of course you have a climate controlled enviroment to store your bike in?

Ciao
