It's a mixed bag of raods depending on what part of the province you are in.
I used to live north of London in "midwestern" Ontario. A 65 mile ride
included all of 6 right turns and 2 left, all at stop signs or lights. Very
flat and straight. Now I live in the Niagara area where I grew up, lots of
twisties. You can get an idea from this website;

As for weather that's a mixed bag as well, I have seen snow on the ground as
early as October (Aughhh! this weekend!). I have also done a track day in
November. The 1st of November, but still November. Earlier this year a
couple hundred bikes showed up at Port Dover on JANUARY 13th. Probably would
have been many more if it wasn't raining.
