[Ducati] Covering a wet bike.

I do the same Rick, and I'm acquiring my fifth Ducati tomorrow.  No problems. I just rarely comment or respond to such threads for fear of having to deal with the resultant backlash of those who "never ever" wash their bikes. Personal choice I suppose.

Ahh, the old bizzare "wet bike" thread!!! <g> DETAIL SHOPS!!! HUH???? I have been riding Ducati's since the mid 70's in all weather and have 7 of the buggers right now. I always get comments on how nice they look for being so "old". Oldest is 1974, newest 2002. I get a bucket of water with soap in it, a sponge and scrub a dub away, rinse with a hose and wipe of excess water with a towel. Gee, they look great, no problems, EVER and when needed they get the good old turtle wax on the paint. These are very dependable motorcycles, not old paintings for goodness sake!!! I cannot believe, well enough said..............hehehe
