Percentage wise, I would say I am about 80-90% here on the Oregon Coast -
not too many local riders, so everyone touring up the 101 seems to be happy
about it, and wave.

That and my jacket says "Wave or I'll kill you..."

I wave.  All bikes, most of the time.  Hard to do when you are using the
clutch or when you don't see someone until they are past you.

HD riders are 50/50 around here (DC area) in responding, but Gold Wing
riders have never waved back.
